COMPANY INTRODUCTION

Kaya Electronics Co.,Ltd was established on Mar,1988 based on the adventurous sprit to be one of the best companies in the world in the field of Car electronic products. We have been professionally manufacturing and exporting Car CD players, Amplifiers ,Signal Processors and other related items under OEM.

Our own factory was completed on Aug,1996 with specialized and innovative facilities for technical-intensive products. Moreover, we have been honored as "Prospective small-medium size company" on Jul,1994 and "Top-ranking small- Medium company" on Feb,2000 by the Industrial Bank of Korea.

Especially our excellent quality of Car audio amplifiers has been approved by world famous brand companies and we have been supplying our products to customers in 12 countries steadily.

Since 1997 we had researched with Italian engineer team for 2 years and 3 kinds of New Digital Amplifier were developed in 1999. Using this opportunity we made a display of our technology ability to the world and could acquire long-term sales contract from world prominent companies at the same time. In domestic situation there is a scarcity of new technology engineers so we have performed joint research with overseas renowned engineering companies.

One of purposes of our company establishment was to make our own brand world-wide one so we launched "CALCELL" brand founded accumulated technology and business Know-how acquired through OEM and paved the way to be well-known manufacturer in this sphere.

Therefore CALCELL Korea Co.Ltd as a distributor was incorporated on Oct,1997 for domestic market and On Sep,1999 Office building was prepared in Seoul so that we could offer better service to over 400 dealers. To be competitive in the field of Car audio-video which is rapidly growing, we will make 2 more sales offices soon in addition to head office in Seoul and 2 local offices .


We have incorporated USAudio in U.S.A in 1995 which is the biggest market in the world and done our best to build up our brand name as an international brand. Also Kaya Japan was set up on May 23, 2000 to penetrate into Japan Market. Other countries have been opened up as distributors. From the end of 1999 Germany, China and South Africa distributors have done their job actively. CALCELL network will be expanding to other countries shortly.

Digital Convergence Technology is giving a birth of cutting-edge Home electronic products and it will affect Car electronic market. Besides from 2003 Digital Broadcasting will play a critical role in the digital convergence revolution.
